ProForm · Web Custom small business websites in Texas

Custom small business websites for the businesses they're built for.

I'm Dante Espinosa — a Texas-based custom website developer building single-page websites for small businesses across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the rest of Texas. New custom websites for businesses that don't have one. Rebuilds for outdated sites that have lost their customers. No templates. No Squarespace. No platform lock-in. Every website is researched, written, and coded specifically for that one business.

Four ways I help small businesses get found online.

Most small-business websites lose the customer in the first ten seconds — slow loading, generic template, confusing structure, no clear way to call. ProForm Web fixes that.

Pick the service that matches where your business is right now. If you're not sure, just text me and we'll figure it out.

01 / Most common New site

Build a brand-new small business website

For small businesses that don't have a website yet. Custom single-page site researched and coded for your specific business — your story, your services, your neighborhoods, your phone number front and center. Mobile-first design. Tap-to-call buttons everywhere. Built to convert phone shoppers into customers. SEO-ready out of the box.

  • Research call · 30 minutes
  • Custom design — no templates
  • Mobile-first, tap-to-call
  • SEO-ready out of the box
02 / Modernize Rebuild

Rebuild an outdated website

You've got a website but it's costing you customers — slow loading speeds, doesn't work on mobile phones, looks like 2014, customers can't find your phone number. ProForm Web rebuilds it from the ground up, keeping what's true about your business and replacing everything that's working against you. Same domain. Same email.

  • Audit of your current website
  • Honest "what's broken" report
  • Full custom rebuild
  • Same domain · same email
03 / Quick win Refresh

Fix what's broken on your current website

Don't need a full website rebuild — just need the wrong phone number fixed, a new service added, a Google Maps embed working, new photos uploaded, business hours updated. Small surgical changes priced by the job, not by the hour. Most website refreshes turn around in a couple of days.

  • Targeted content updates
  • Photo & copy refresh
  • Mobile responsiveness fix
  • Speed & SEO tune-up
04 / Ongoing Maintenance

Keep your website working month after month

After launch, your website needs occasional updates — new services, new staff, holiday hours changes, seasonal promotions. Flat monthly rate covers reasonable changes and keeps the site current. Optional — most clients don't need it.

  • Flat monthly rate
  • Reasonable updates included
  • Same-week turnaround
  • Cancel anytime

From first call to launch in about two weeks.

Most ProForm Web website projects move through five clear stages. You'll know where we are at every step — no mystery deadlines, no black-box agency timeline.

A typical small-business website takes 10 to 14 days from the first phone call to launch. Faster if it's urgent, slower if you need more time on copy.

  1. Discover your business

    Day 1 · 30-min call

We get on a phone call. You tell me about your business — what you do, who calls you, what makes you different from competitors. I take notes. I ask a lot of questions. No design work happens yet.

  2. Verify and research

    Days 2–3 · my time

I research your business publicly — BBB, Yelp, Google, BuildZoom, industry directories, competitor sites. I find every credential, license, year-in-business, and review you've earned, then pull it together into a positioning brief.

  3. Design direction

    Days 4–5 · approval

I send you a creative direction — the aesthetic, the structure, the way I'll position your business — in plain English. You read it, ask questions, and approve before I write a single line of code. You're in control.

  4. Build the website

    Days 6–10 · my time

I code the website from scratch — no template, no Wix, no Squarespace. Single-page, mobile-first, tap-to-call buttons throughout. You'll see a working preview by day 8 and revisions happen in real time.

  5. Launch & turn over

    Day 10–14 · live

Website goes live on your domain. I walk you through how to update phone numbers, hours, photos, and content if you want to do that yourself. You own everything. No platform lock-in, no ongoing dependency.

Dante Espinosa. Texas-based developer.

I build websites the way a small-business owner would actually want them built — researched, honest, and made to convert phone shoppers into customers.

I started ProForm Web because the small businesses I knew in DFW and beyond were either invisible online or stuck with websites that actively worked against them — slow load times, broken mobile layouts, generic stock photography, no clear phone number. Meanwhile their competitors were eating their search results.

The work isn't complicated, but it has to be custom. A pest control shop in Oak Cliff needs a different story than a commercial electrician in Riverside Fort Worth. A plumbing supply counter on Jacksboro Highway needs a different page structure than a designer-lighting specialist in Junius Heights. Templates can't tell those stories — only research and original code can.

That's what I do. One website at a time. Honestly priced, quickly built, and owned outright by the client when it's done.

What everyone asks first.

Honest answers about ProForm Web custom website services — no agency-pitch deflection. If your question isn't here, text me at (504) 729-8546 and I'll answer it directly.

How much does a custom small business website cost?
Honestly, it depends on the business and the scope — but most small-business custom websites land between a few hundred and a low-four-figure number, one-time. No recurring agency fees, no Squarespace subscription to me. I quote a flat price upfront after our 30-minute discovery call, and that's the price you pay. Text me at (504) 729-8546 for a number specific to your business.
Do you use website templates or Squarespace?
No. Every website I build is custom-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — written specifically for your business. That means it loads fast, looks original, ranks well on Google, and isn't dependent on a third-party platform that can change pricing or shut down. You own the code, you own the design, you own the domain. No platform lock-in.
What if I already have a website but it's outdated or broken?
Rebuild it. That's actually one of my most-requested website services. I'll audit your current site honestly — tell you exactly what's working against you — and then rebuild it from the ground up while keeping the same domain and any content that's still true. You'll go from "I'm embarrassed when customers Google us" to "send them to the website" in about two weeks.
Do I have to be in DFW to work with you?
No. ProForm Web is Texas-based and a lot of my work is DFW small businesses, but I work remotely with clients anywhere — Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or outside Texas entirely. The whole project happens over phone, text, and email. If you'd rather meet in person and you're near DFW, we can absolutely do that too.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most ProForm Web projects launch 10 to 14 days from the first phone call. Urgent projects can move faster; complex ones (lots of content, multiple revisions, custom features) can take a little longer. We'll set a realistic timeline at the start and I'll stick to it.
What if I want changes after launch?
Two options. Either pay per-change (great for occasional small updates — a new service, updated hours, new photos), or sign up for the flat monthly maintenance plan which covers reasonable changes month-to-month. Most clients don't need the monthly plan — they just text me when something needs to change and I price the change individually.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes — scroll up to the "Recent Work" section. Each card represents a real DFW small business I've built or rebuilt a website for. No two look alike — because no two businesses are alike. That's the whole point.
